Solange performed at the MoMA’s
Armory Party dressed in Vika Gazinskaya
Surrounded by some of the most important artwork of the 20th
and 21st century, Solange Knowles looked every bit the creative
artist, the singer wore a grey mini skirt featuring sporadic strokes
of paint as she performed at The Armory Party on Wednesday night.
Paired with a monochrome turtleneck jumper and matching black and
white ankle boots, Solange entertained the gathering at The MoMA in style.
Altogether her outfit nodded it’s head to the beatnik style of the ’60s whilst
channeling the ethos of the modern art venue hosting the party.
Lending her voice to the cultural cause, the party has been held every year
since 1994 to benefit the Armory Show – the largest art fair in New York.
