Marc Jacobs’ Debut Film Trailer Released

The trailer for Marc Jacobs‘ debut film, Disconnect, has been released.

The designer stars alongside Jason Bateman, Alexander Skarsgard,

Paula Patton and Andrea Riseborough in the thriller.

The trailer reveals a suspense-filled plot that circles around a group of

characters struggling with the negative effects of the digital age – with

Jacobs’ getting the closing line of: “Trust no one, only me.” While little

is yet known about the designer’s role in the film – the character appears

to have no name – it’s reported that he plays a seedy underground

“porn baron” who controls a web chat prostitution ring.

 Disconnect is set to hit cinemas in April in the US.
