The 32-year-old pregnant reality star is pictured in an
embrace with Kanye West, 35, whose back is to the camera.
The pictures, shot by Nick Knight, show West groping a
pregnant Kardashian’s breast, as well as the couple locked
in a number of very intimate embraces.
